Try this low-cal lunch or dinner.....



One medium size tomato (25 calories), one scoop of low-fat cottage cheese (90 calories), 4 ounces of Chunk Light Tuna in water (100 calories) mixed with 1 tablespoon of Miracle Whip (40 calories)  and 1 tablespoon sweet relish (20 calories), and 10 Roasted Vegetable Ritz crackers (160 calories).  Total calories equal 435.  Great for lunch or dinner.  Wish me luck!
