Kidney & Garbanzo Bean Salad


1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
3 hard boiled eggs chopped
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.

This is a cool refreshing salad for these hot and humid summer months. Hope you enjoy it.
