This is my favorite salad. The best part about it is that you can add your favorite cheese or cold cuts, green or black olives, whatever you like. These are the things that I like. I know, you can't see the lettuce, tomato, and provolone cheese for the salami, but it's all under there. I serve it with fresh baked (from the bakery) Italian bread. So make it your way, and enjoy!!!!
