It was still dark last Sunday morning when I stumbled out of bed and made my way to the kitchen to make coffee. The shadow of the palm tree coming through my living room window as the sun was rising was awesome.......
I was thankful for the pretty picture I was looking at, I was thankful for the smell of the coffee brewing, and I was thankful for the day ahead........
It was a wonderful feeling of tranquility and contentment........
Life is good.........

ReplyDeleteMy older brother was stationed and Homestead AFB in the early 60's I saw the Everglades, when wet, played ball with farm team members,(I was eight!) and had one of the best times of my life!
