This is my Gran when he was young.

My grandfather on my father's side and I were very close. He was a wonderful man who spent most of his life taking care of his ten children, loving them unconditionally, and had a great sense of humor. He nicknamed me "Cookie", I still have the small leather change purse that he gave me when I was four years old. I loved him so very much, and I know he has always been watching over me all of my life.
